At Catherine Rose Foundation ("we," "our," or "us"), we value the privacy of individuals who use our websites, donate to our mission, volunteer their time, or otherwise engage with our related services (collectively, our "Services"). If you register for an event that we host, whether in-person or online, we may collect relevant information such as your name, address, title, organization, phone number, or email address, as well as specific information relevant to the event for which you are registering (e.g., dietary restrictions, accommodation needs).
User Content. We may allow you and other users of our Services to share their own content with others. This may include posts, comments, reviews, or other user-generated content. Unless otherwise noted when creating such content, this information may be shared publicly through our Services.
Payment Information. If you make a donation or purchase through our Services, we collect certain payment information. All payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment processors (such as GiveButter, Stripe, or PayPal). We do not store full credit card numbers or banking information on our servers. We may retain records of transactions, including donation amounts, dates, and designated funds.
Volunteer Information. If you complete our Volunteer Interest Form or otherwise express interest in volunteering with us, we collect information relevant to your volunteer application, including your skills, availability, experience, and any background check information if required for specific volunteer roles.
Employment Information. If you apply for employment with us, we collect information relevant to your job application, including your resume, work history, education, references, and any other information you choose to provide.
Information We Collect Automatically

Cookies. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can usually adjust your browser settings to remove or reject cookies. Please note that blocking cookies may affect the functionality of our Services.
Do Not Track. Our Services do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals from web browsers. We continue to evaluate emerging standards in this area.
California Privacy Rights. If you are a California resident, you have certain additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information). While our Services are directed to individuals in the United States and specifically Texas, we extend these rights to all individuals in the EEA as a matter of respect and transparency.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately so that we can delete it.
