We’re building something revolutionary- a nonprofit that funds itself. Our sustainable model ensures 100% of our future program funding comes from the land itself—creating a perpetual cycle of transformation.
The Catherine Rose Foundation Cycle of Impact
The Foundation is Planted
On our 20-acre campus in Nacogdoches County, we’re establishing sustainable vineyards that will grow more than grapes—they’ll grow hope. Our vines will be tended with care, producing quality grapes while nurturing the East Texas ecosystem.
From Grape to Good
Commerce Feeds Compassion
Through our partnership with Vines & Verses Hospitality, LLC, future wines will reach the community. The tasting room, events, and farm stays will generate revenue—and 100% of profits will flow directly back to fund our charitable programs.
Investing in Our Community’s Future
Every future dollar generated will fund our four pillars of transformation:
A Legacy of Self-Sufficiency
The cycle becomes self-perpetuating: A thriving community supports sustainable agriculture, which funds more programs, creating an expanding circle of hope that lasts for generations.
Traditional nonprofits spend significant time and resources fundraising—diverting energy from their core mission. This creates uncertainty and limits long-term vision.
We're planting a different kind of seed—one that grows its own resources.
✅ Future Program Stability: Once established, our charitable work will never pause for funding
✅ Donor Confidence: 100% of charitable donations will go directly to programs (operations funded separately)
✅ Community Investment: Every future wine purchase will directly fund local transformation
✅ Generational Vision: We’re building for 10, 20, 50 years from now
✅ Environmental Stewardship: Sustainable agriculture that protects our land forever
"We're not asking for perpetual donations—we're building perpetual hope. This model ensures that long after our founders are gone, these vines will still be funding veterans' healing, students' education, and families' nourishment. That's sustainability in its truest form."

• Plant first vineyard blocks
• Open community garden plots
• Begin food pantry operations
• First educational partnerships with college
• Tasting room opens

• Vineyard producing sustainable yields
• Model fully self-funding

We believe true sustainability starts with transparency—even before we have results to report.
(Accordion Sections)
Q: How can you guarantee this will work?
A: Our model is based on proven agricultural economics and nonprofit best practices. We've engaged experts in viticulture, nonprofit law, and community development. While innovation involves calculated risk, our planning is thorough and our vision is clear.
Q: What happens to donations before the vineyard produces?
A: Every seed needs water to sprout. Startup donations fund our critical first steps: vineyard establishment, program development, and initial operations. These investments make the sustainable model possible.
Q: How will you measure success?
A: We're establishing clear metrics from day one: vineyard health/yield, program participation, community feedback, and eventually, the percentage of operations funded by our own enterprise.
Q: Can I support specific parts of the model?
A: Absolutely! You can fund startup costs, sponsor a future vineyard row, invest in educational programs, or support our sustainability fund.
You're not just giving a donation—you're planting a seed that will grow for generations.
